- Siapkan daging ayam yg sudah di bersihkan dan iris kurang lebih 7cm dengan irisan memiring jangan terlalu tipis,setelah itu marinasi daging ayam menggunakan merica dan garam sedikit,kembali bersihkan tangan kita (karena daging ayam mengandung bakteri salmonela).
- Celupkan irisan daging ayam tadi ke adonan basah setelah itu masukan ke adonan sisa tepung yg kering,lakukan sampai daging ayam habis,dan siap di goreng (saya sarankan goreng dengan menggunakan metode deep frying /bahan yg kita goreng tengelam sempurna seluruhnya,angkat jika warna sudah golden brown dan segera tiriskan serta sisihkan.
- Siapkan olive oil di pan anti lengket masukan irisan bawang putih,cabai rawit/kriting dan sedikit oregano,sampai bawang putih agak kecoklatan dan terlihat garing,matikan api masukan spaghetinya aduk rata,tambahkan garam,merica secukupnya,kalau olive oil nya kurang bisa ditambahkan sedikit lagi.dan siap di platting.
